 Take advantage of frozen foods!

Here are my top 3 tips when buying frozen:

  1. Buy whole foods like chicken breasts or thighs, salmon filets, fruits, and vegetables to avoid getting extra ingredients like sugar, saturated fat, and sodium.
  2. Skip fruits and veggie options that have been frozen in syrup. 
  3. Skip the sodium. Look for words like “low or no sodium.”
