Strength and Conditioning HIIT Training

This thirty minute fast paced bootcamp style class guarantees a great workout!   Join Coach Leslie every morning in the Training and Performance Center and be taken through a full body workout in a small group setting.  Add this unlimited training option to your monthly membership or drop in for $10 a class.

This program is open to all ability levels and modifications are provided, if needed.
