Learn how to improve your health and wellness through healthy behavioral and lifestyle changes.
This 8-week lifestyle modification program is taught by the Center’s Registered Dietitian, Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Exercise Physiologist with each week consisting of an education and a small group training session. The curriculum was developed by the Centers for Disease Control for individuals who are pre-diabetic, but the topics covered are important for anyone trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
By the end of the program, you will have learned new, healthy skills that you can use for the rest of your life! We also hope that you will leave with a great support system of not only the CHFC team but others in the program as well.
Mind Body programs are open to members and non-members.
