Strength and Conditioning Strength FORE Golfers – Youth Program

Join Coach Jenna for these 60-minute small group training sessions which are focused on developing strength and flexibility in key muscle groups to improve your golf game.

Choose two sessions each week:
Tuesdays from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Thursdays from 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Saturdays from 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Program is open to children ages 8-13. 

Monthly cost: Members $99/Non-Members $129
