Carle Health & Fitness Center Group Fitness Classes provide a great way to work out in a fun, friendly environment. In addition, you can find motivation and inspiration from the GX community, add variety to your workout, and learn proper form to prevent injury.
We offer over 50 classes per week in a variety of formats. All classes are led by our expert instructors and are able to be modified so that you can participate with the pace and activity that fits your comfort level.
**Did you know you can book a Group Fitness Private Party Class?! Perfect for family reunions, team bonding events, or hangouts with your friends! This is a fun way to support everyone’s health and wellness goals. Land and Water classes available, offered in a variety of class intensities from low – moderate – high – you choose!
