When it comes to fitness classes, everyone’s level 10 is different. In this class, hitting your own level 10 means pausing a conversation after one or two words, so you can catch your breath. For some, reaching this level 10 may occur quickly or with just the first few exercises. For others, it might require more challenging variations of the drills everyone will be doing. Either way, 45 minutes of non-stop, high-energy motion focusing on cardio, coordination, balance, toning and strength will let you hit your level 10 regardless of your fitness level.
