Conscious Connected Breathwork

How often do you consciously take note of how you are breathing? Perhaps for a moment, but when was the last time you sat with your breath for more than 5 minutes on a continual basis?
Did you know that breathing through various cyclical patterns, along with musical cues, could change the state in which your nervous system may be in? This typically requires our brain a duration of 8-10 minutes to be able to fully release from our structured minds into a more embodied awareness.
For example, often we rush throughout our day while accumulating stress, frustration, and anxious feelings. This is the sympathetic state. While various modalities such as yoga and meditation can create shifts in the parasympathetic state, conscious connected breathwork provides the opportunity to regulate the various states of our nervous system, however a bit faster and with more control.
Conscious Connected Breath can shift your nervous system states with more ease as you learn to grow into the actual practice of doing so daily or at least a few times a week. This process helps us to manage our heart rate variability, thus adapting with more ease under stress along with long-term systemic healing for both our physical and mental well-being.
