Join us for our Healthy Foodie Group held on the first Wednesday of the month where we will learn more about nutrition and health!

Garden vegetables – Growing them and using them in meals & snacks
On our next session, we will talk about tips and tricks for planting your own garden at home, and when to plant and harvest different fruits and veggies. Recipes will be provided that use in-season produce for spring and summer!
