FREE Pre-Diabetes Screening and $25 Cholesterol/Glucose Screening

Tuesday, November 14th from  9 am – 1 pm or by appointment

In honor of World Diabetes Day, we will be offering FREE Pre-Diabetes Screenings and $25 Cholesterol/Glucose Screenings which check:

• Total Cholesterol
• LDL
• HDL
• Glucose
• Triglycerides
• Cholesterol Ratio

Screenings will be conducted in the CHFC atrium on November 14th from 9 am to 1 pm or by appointment. A 12-hour fast is recommended when completing a screening.
