DESCRIPTION:Every Monday and Wednesday\, we will host an equipment orientation where you can gain a comprehensive overview of proper gym equipment usage and how to adjust equipment to ensure safe and effective workouts. This orientation will cover key principles of exercise safety and proper form to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. \nThis orientation is designed for new and existing members. \nWhat can our certified coaches help with?\n     1. Cardio Equipment\n        •  Treadmill\n        •  Elliptical\n        •  Stationary Bike and proper seat height\n        •  Rowing Machine along with having a proper rowing technique\, and how to adjust resistance settings.\n     2. Strength Training Equipment\n        •  Weight Machines including pin and Weight selection\, as well as proper starting position and range of motion.\n        •  Cable Machines. Learn how to adjust cable height and pulley positions.\n     3. Equipment Safety and Maintenance. Learn proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. \nThese will be 30 minute appointments and up to 4 people can attend a session.  Reserve your spot now via the Technogym App! \nSessions:\nMondays from 10:00-10:30 am\nWednesdays from 4:30-5:00 pm
