DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Keg Grove Brewing Company\, join us every other Saturday throughout the summer for a fun\, outdoor workout\, followed by a refreshing beverage! This trainer-led functional fitness class\, which takes place in the KGB parking lot\, will incorporate minimal equipment and body-weight exercises to increase your overall fitness. Intensity levels are guided by you with options provided for each exercise. All fitness levels are welcome to participate. Get it done in the sun and enjoy a post-workout beer! BYOM: bring your own mat \nThere will be varying formats\, a variety of instructors and fun themes each week! \nJune 11th: Bootcamp with Leslie and Kinsey – Keg Grove Attire theme \nJune 25th: Bootcamp with Adam and Kinsey – Camo theme \nJuly 9th: WERQ with Libby and Vicky – Sports theme \nJuly 23rd: Bootcamp with Alli and Alaina – Hawaiian theme \nAugust 6th: Bootcamp with Adam and Ken – Silly Socks theme \nAugust 20th: WERQ with Kate and Libby – Heroes vs Villians theme \n*Inclement Weather: In case of inclement weather\, Bootcamp & Brews will take place on the TPC Turf at Carle Health & Fitness Center. An alternate location will be communicated by 8 am the day of the event on social media and to the email provided at registration. \nPrice: $12/session; $60 for the whole series! Price includes a certified trainer-led fitness class & 1 Keg Grove Brewing beverage of choice (valid day of event only) \nPlus\, you’ll support a good cause in the process. 10% of proceeds go to Children’s Home & Aid. \nGET TICKETS!
