The Carle Health & Fitness Center Medical Advisory Board is comprised of physicians, providers and leaders from the McLean County community whose clinical interests and expertise are in alignment with the goals and mission of Carle Health & Fitness Center (CHFC).

The Medical Advisory Board serves as a vital mechanism for successfully linking CHFC to the continuum of care.  In addition, the Medical Advisory Board distinguishes CHFC from commercial and community-based fitness centers in the region by creating oversight whereby its programs and services are developed utilizing the best available science, evidence and expertise that the Center has to offer.

Since fourth grade, I had decided to be a doctor and take care of people. I have been in practice now for 20 years and do not regret a single day going into Medicine, it is my calling and purpose.

Along with practicing medicine and spending time with my family and friends, I love exercise and being outdoors amongst nature hike, camp, kayak, run, long walks seeing sunrises and sunsets. Exercise with morning sunrises is my caffeine for the day, gets me going to live another day fully.

I enjoy Global Health, Women’s Health, Preventive and Wellness Medicine. I firmly believe in “Prevention is better than Cure”.
