Adam’s goal is to help you maintain and improve your quality of life. He developed his passion for health and fitness by working in a medical fitness facility for the past five years. Adam has experience working with a wide variety of clients including people struggling with low back pain and chronic conditions to those trying to build muscle and improve body composition. Adam is also a Certified Health Coach which gives him experience helping people create new behaviors that lead to long-term health and wellness.
