What initiated my love for fitness was being involved in swimming for 14 years and creating an active lifestyle beyond swimming that I want to share and teach to others.
The most important thing to build your own active lifestyle is finding what works the best for you, because everyone is different, and I want to be a part of that journey with individuals seeking their own unique optimal health. Physical activity is one of the best ways to support an individual in improving the quality and longevity of life.
My favorite thing to do in my free time is spend time with family and my puppy Prancer.
