Niles embodies a competitive spirit and skill. He has spent 16 years playing and training for sports; up to the collegiate level. His personal journey allowed him to see the value of trials and tribulation. Now he seeks to be a mentor and guide for success to others.

“I don’t see any other way but forward. The past is a review of bad habits you shouldn’t include. I believe in changing people’s mindsets to encourage them of where they want to be. I enjoy working with others to achieve personal and team goals.”
