Build Healthy Habits with Foundations for Success!

Foundations for Success will teach you how to be successful in the fitness and wellness world. The program is designed to set you up for success so that you can feel confident in maintaining your healthy habits long-term. This 12- week comprehensive program runs from January 17th through April 4th and will cover eight different topics, each building on each other, that are key for beginning a fitness or wellness journey:

  • SMART goals
  • Tracking progress
  • Exercise basics
  • Habit-building
  • Motivation
  • Group Fitness
  • Nutrition
  • Mindful and joyful movement

A trained staff member will lead a 50-minute session once a week and take participants through a brief overview of the topic and an activity. (Sessions are on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm.)

The program also includes:

  • A Wellness Assessment and meeting with your fitness coach to develop a personalized workout

  • Free coaching throughout the program as needed

  • A “Wellness Wheel” – this lifestyle assessment tool will be filled out during Week 1 to help guide you with your progress throughout the program; a new Wellness Wheel will be filled out every 4 weeks
  • Carle Swag – including a notebook and pen to bring to every meeting

  • Plus – great prizes for attending meetings, hitting achievements and more!
