Virtual Winter Workout Series

Between holiday travels, cold weather and busy schedules, you may find yourself having less time to make it into the gym than normal. This winter the Carle Health & Fitness Center team is offering you additional ways to work out with us at home! Introducing our Winter Workout Series!

For 12 weeks (December 5th – February 20th) a team of CHFC’s Certified Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches will be leading you through a short at-home workout. You can do them once or once a day! We’ll post a new video every week so remember to check back. You can also subscribe to our YouTube page to get alerts when new videos are posted.

Winter Workout Series Schedule:

December 5th: Core Workout with Coach Dani and Coach Ken

December 12th: Mobility Workout with Coach Linnea and Coach Alli

December 19th: Full Upper Body Workout with Coach Ken and Coach Linnea

December 26th: Full Body Dumbbell Workout with Coach Alli and Coach Alaina (need dumbbells – any weight-  or small weighted object)*

January 2nd: Full Body HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Workout with Coach Alaina and Coach Alli

January 9th: Beginner’s Strength Workout with Coach Adam and Coach Dani

January 16th: Biceps and Triceps with Coach Linnea and Coach Ken (need soup cans or small objects to hold)*

January 23rd: Core Workout with Coach Dani and Coach Adam

January 30th: Full Body Dynamic Workout with Coach Alli (need kettlebells or milk jug)*

February 6th: Leg Workout with Coach Alaina and Coach Linnea

February 13th: Boxing Workout with Coach Adam and Coach Alaina

February 20th: Stretching with Coach Dani and Coach Ken

*all workouts can be modified to work without equipment; listed items are recommended for maximum effect
