8-Week Program: January 17th - March 13th

Gaining the motivation to make a change can be difficult, but staying motivated is even harder. Resolution Revolution will guide you through the process of setting realistic goals and achieving them with ease. With a team of experts guiding you every step of the way, you’ll have access to coaches, nutrition experts and personal trainers who are ready to help! This 8-week fitness and wellness program is designed to get you started on the right foot for 2022. Choose between the Fitness Track or Mind & Body Track.

This track is designed for those looking to jumpstart their physical fitness goals and set sustainable habits for a lifetime!

2-month program cost:
Member – $79/month
Non-Member – $179/month

*Non-Members receive full access to Carle Health & Fitness Center for the duration of the program (January 17th – March 13th)

All participants will also receive discounts on Personal Training, Dietitian, and Health Coaching Services

  • Thursday, January 13 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm (no appointment needed, just drop in)
  • Saturday, January 15th from 8:00 am to 9:30 am (no appointment needed, just drop in)

Fitness Track

  • 3 Consultations with Fitness Coach
  • Weekly Small Group Training Sessions with Fitness Coach (Choose from Novice or Intermediate Level)Novice Participant: For new participants looking to gain familiarity and confidence in the weight room. Participants will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and bodyweight exercises to learn fundamental movements and build muscular strength. Intermediate Participant: For participants who have familiarity navigating the weight room. Participants will utilize a variety of equipment such as barbells and dumbbells to build muscular strength.  VIEW THE TRAINING SCHEDULE
  • Weekly Goal Setting Tips from Certified Health Coach
  • Weekly Group Wellness Sessions with Registered Dietitian, Health Coach & Fitness Professionals (Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm)
