Working with Blake and Kaylee has given me the biggest boost I could wish for. I’ve never been much of an active person, didn’t know where to start with exercising, and never thought about my regular diet very much. Both of them have helped me determine what was working, what wasn’t working, and how to improve. They’ve been right there with me every step of the way, and I cannot thank them enough for that.
I have noticed an improvement in both the quality of my sleep and my overall energy level. I’m not much of a morning person, so the fact that I don’t wake up already feeling exhausted is a very welcome change.
For me, the biggest challenge was getting into the habit of making meals regularly. Sometimes, after a long day at work, I wouldn’t feel like making anything. A major step in getting past that was preparing ingredients the weekend before.
Recently, I lost 20 pounds, which was a huge milestone! In addition, my balance has improved significantly, and even my occasional jogs have become much easier. I have begun running as well. Additionally, I have had to wear a belt much more frequently since I started.
One of the benefits of using the Center is that it allows you to set up a regular workout schedule. This makes it easier for you to create workout habits, which was one of my biggest struggles. A visit to the Center is the perfect way to unwind after work, or just want to disconnect from that part of the day. I enjoy the welcoming environment here and seeing or feeling progress at the end of the day is always a great feeling.
