OUR MASSAGE SERVICES

Wellness Spa

Whether it be for pampering, rejuvenating or therapeutic reasons, massage therapy can greatly assist you in your daily routine and help increase your overall health.

Deep Tissue Massage – Help ease stress and tension in the body. The fingers, thumbs and elbows are used to release chronic muscle tension, using slow, deep strokes and friction.

Prenatal Massage – A softer pressure massage that can provide comfort throughout all stages of pregnancy.

Swedish Massage – A Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or thorough and focused, depending on the client’s requests. Muscles are massaged in the same direction as blood flowing to the heart.

Lymphatic Drainage – Uses gentle, skin-stretching strokes to guide lymph fluid towards lymph nodes. This soft-pressure style of massage focuses on superficial tissues near the skin’s surface to reduce swelling and detoxify.

Therapeutic Massage – Focuses on treating specific musculoskeletal conditions or injuries. Helps relieve muscle tension/pain and is often used in conjunction with spa treatment plans. *Essential oils are often used during Therapeutic Massage.

Cupping Massage – This massage uses techniques that promote natural healing. Cupping has been known to strengthen the body’s resistance, restore balance between positive and negative forces, remove disease-causing factors, and promote blood circulation

“Happy Feet” Foot Massage – Foot Massage has many benefits including improved circulation, stress reduction, enhanced immune function, and better body balance.

Chair Massage – Enjoy a session of relaxation with a seated chair massage.

CLINICAL & BODYWORK SERVICES

Clinical Massage Therapy (45, 60 or 90 mins) – A focused, therapeutic treatment designed to address pain, dysfunction, and restricted movement. Sessions integrate evidence-informed manual techniques to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Each session begins with a brief assessment of symptoms, areas of discomfort, and movement limitations, allowing treatment to be tailored to your individual needs and goals. This collaborative, outcome-focused approach supports meaningful progress and is often part of a broader plan of care for lasting results.

Clinical Sports Massage (45, 60 or 90 min) – A focused, therapeutic treatment designed to address pain, movement restrictions, and performance-related dysfunction. Sessions integrate evidence-informed manual techniques to reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Each session begins with a brief assessment of current symptoms, movement patterns, and activity demands, allowing treatment to be tailored to your individual goals. This collaborative, outcome-focused approach supports recovery, enhances performance, and helps prevent future injury.

Craniosacral Therapy (60 or 90 mins) – A gentle, hands-on therapy that supports nervous system regulation and overall balance. It focuses on the craniosacral system, including the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Using light, precise touch, the practitioner assesses and releases subtle restrictions in the head, spine, and sacrum. Sessions are deeply relaxing and performed fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table.

Myofascial Release (45, 60 or 90 mins) – A gentle, hands-on therapy that targets restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that supports muscles, bones, and organs. Using slow, sustained pressure and stretching, the practitioner allows tissue to soften and lengthen naturally, helping restore mobility, improve circulation, and reduce tension.

Table Thai Body Work (Assisted Stretching) (60 mins) – A therapeutic, table-based approach inspired by traditional Thai massage. This session combines assisted stretching, gentle compression, joint mobilization, and rhythmic movement. The practitioner guides the body through supported stretches while applying steady pressure to release tension, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and restore ease of movement.

Private Yoga Therapy (60 mins) – A personalized, one-on-one approach using yoga to support physical health, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Sessions may include gentle movement, therapeutic postures, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, tailored to your needs. This approach supports stress, chronic pain, limited mobility, and recovery, with a focus on safe, accessible practices rather than performance.

Meditation and Breathwork Coaching (60 min) – One-on-one stress management coaching is designed to help you navigate overwhelm with clarity and steadiness. Through personalized support, you will learn practice tools to regulate your nervous system, restore balance, and respond to life with greater ease.

Posture and Movement Assessment (60 min) – A comprehensive evaluation of how your body aligns, stabilizes, and moves in both posture and functional movement. The practitioner assesses posture, joint alignment, mobility, and movement patterns through simple tasks such as bending, reaching, and squatting. Findings help identify imbalances, restrictions, and compensations contributing to pain or inefficiency. Based on the results, a personalized plan is developed to improve alignment, movement quality, and overall musculoskeletal health.

Corrective Exercise / Integrative Movement Coaching (60 mins) – A personalized session focused on improving movement quality, alignment, and functional strength. Sessions combine corrective exercises, mobility, and stability training to address imbalances and re-educate movement patterns, supporting recovery, performance, and lasting change.

The focus during the service is dedicated to the area of pain, rather than the entire body. All new clients will start with a 75-minute session which includes pre-evaluation to discuss the areas of focus or the pain concern and a short post session evaluation within the scheduled time of the appointment to discuss the treatment plan.
