In honor of Heart Health Month, we will be offering FREE Pre-Diabetes Screenings and $25 Cholesterol Testing with Fingerstick* which check Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Glucose, Triglycerides and Cholesterol Ratio.

Cholesterol Testing w/Fingerstick will be conducted in the CHFC atrium on Thursday, February 22nd from 6 am to 10 am or by appointment. Pre-diabetes screenings will be available from 10 am to 2 pm on the same days.
