Strength FORE Golfers Program

Our Strength FORE Golfers program has helped athletes feel and play better than ever on the course. Hear from two recent Strength FORE Golfers participants.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Carle Health & Fitness Center โ€œStrength FORE Golfersโ€ hour-packed training sessions focusing on strength and flexibility. The training staff worked very closely with us to optimize our experience and workout. After enrolling in (2) back-to-back 6-week sessions, I came out feeling stronger, more balanced and flexible. These gains have already resulted in improved performance on the golf course. I would highly recommend this program to any golfers!

In January I joined the Strength FORE Golfers Program. I have done two 6-week programs now and have seen a difference in my health over the winter months when I tend to not be as active. I feel more active, productive and flexible.

Since joining the Strength FORE Golfers program, I have noticed two things: how much more flexible I am and the hitting power of my swing. My range of motion is so much greater than it normally is, especially in the winter months. I got to play golf in the middle of March and my golf game was probably the best it has ever been. I could tell the difference in my drives, which was awesome to see. Even my friend I played with commented on how much better I was playing!

I attend the Monday morning class, and it has been great getting to know other golfers my age and doing the class together. It motivates me to keep going when I am getting tired. Doing it on Monday mornings begins my week in the right way!

Honestly, working out is not something I grew up doing, or I enjoy doing but know that at age 61 it is something that I need to do while I am still in great shape to keep it that way. My treat for working out is getting to sit in the whirlpool, sauna and steam room!”
