Join us to start your wellness journey with Carle Health & Fitness Center. We realize that starting or maintaining a wellness journey can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming. Even the most dedicated exercisers need help now and again. As a member, you have access to a team of fitness professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed and reach your goals. We strive to have an active role in each member’s wellness journey by first listening, understanding, and then creating a plan.
We recommend scheduling your initial onboarding session within the first month of joining our wellness community. Your onboarding session will help identify areas you need support for and the best way we can support you. Whether it is an individualized exercise plan, help with setting reasonable and achievable goals, assistance with the app or equipment, or an accountability partner, we are there! Our team of fitness experts are both knowledgeable and compassionate.
You define what success looks like.
Goals can be powerful motivators, especially when they are challenging yet achievable. Just because you are starting a wellness journey doesn’t mean it has to be about losing weight. Our coaches can help to explore ways to measure progress and create a plan that breaks down goals into smaller manageable steps. Get your own roadmap to success!
Your onboarding session.
We build your Onboarding sessions based on your needs. Our recommendation for all members is to complete an Onboarding appointment to take advantage of a free Movement Screen. With the help of a 3D camera and three simple movements, we are able to assess your movement patterns and quickly identify areas of asymmetry or immobility which can lead to injury if not addressed with a proper exercise program. As part of the discovery process, we will review your health history questionnaire and through meaningful conversation, we seek to fully understand your goals and any timelines associated with those goals. We can also assist with the app and discuss our programs and services.
At your second Onboarding appointment, your fitness coach will guide you through your exercise precription. Your program is tailored for your goals and individual needs. This appointment is focused on you and personalized, so you get what you need to start your journey at CHFC.
Ongoing support.
A member of our fitness team will keep up-to-date with your progress through ongoing “Wellness Checkpoints” and discuss any challenges or limitations that you may have including refreshing your program, adjusting, goals or timeline, injuries and/or lifestyle changes.

Wellness Checkpoint:
Every 6 to 12 weeks you’ll have the opportunity to review your progress and exercise prescription with your fitness coach. In these appointments, you’ll be able to discuss new goals, strategies for success or refresh your program with new exercises. Your Wellness Checkpoint will take approximately 15 -30 minutes.
You can count on our team to support you every step of the way. Your fitness coach can be contacted by email or through the Technogym App. You can also stop by the Fitness Desk for assistance at any time to speak with a member of our fitness team.
