Carlee Brooks
Carlee Brooks Fitness Associate

“Being involved in sports and the fitness field most of my life has helped me develop my passion for strength training. I have participated in a variety of sports including volleyball, dance, Olympic Weightlifting, and more. I believe there is a sport/exercise for everyone, and it would be my pleasure to assist you in finding an activity you enjoy! Exercise is one of the best forms of preventative medicine. I look forward to helping you find activities you enjoy to maintain a healthy lifestyle and reach your goals!”

Carlee did an internship (400 hours) in Occupational Therapy, where she developed many key skills in functional training, mobility, adaptive exercises, and fitness for elderly and special populations. She has also taught group fitness for elderly populations including seated strength training, mobility, and yoga classes.  Carlee assisted in Athletic Training for 100 hours, which involved working with college and high school athletes in soccer, baseball, and basketball, including working with athletes on rehabilitative exercise methods, injury prevention, and muscle recovery.

In her free time, Carlee enjoys spending time with family, being outside, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
