With a background in football, baseball, and basketball, I developed a strong passion for fitness through years of athletic experience. That foundation sparked a commitment to health and performance, which now fuels my dedication to helping others. I enjoy connecting with members, building meaningful relationships, and supporting them in reaching their fitness goals.

In my free time, some of my favorite things to do are playing golf, hanging out with friends and family.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
•  A.S. in Kinesiology with Sports Management concentration – Parkland College
•  B.S. in Recreation & Sport Management – Illinois State University (in progress; expected graduation Fall ‘26)
•  CPR/AED Certified
