Kelly has been working at CHFC since 2016 when the Center first opened. She taught the very first Group Fitness class 9 years ago and currently teaches 5 classes a week including Group Active and Cardio Step. Her love for group fitness eventually led her to accepting the group fitness lead position. She currently supervises 27 instructors and manages a schedule of over 70 classes a month.
Kelly has been teaching group fitness classes for the past 20 years and enjoys the energy she gets from her participants during class. She feels that exercising in groups is a fun way to get your workout in and possibly meet a new friend at the same time. Making connections between members is a huge key to increasing class size and retention.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, shop and take naps!
