Samuel DeJesus - TPC
Samuel DeJesus Fitness Associate

Sam was raised in Central Illinois and played collegiate basketball at Eureka College. He has experience coaching a wide range of athletes, from youth and high school to college and Division I, through internships and hands-on experience. “I never had a trainer growing up, and I had to figure it out all on my own. That’s why I wanted to learn more about strength and conditioning to better myself and, more importantly, help others. I don’t want my clients to feel like they have to do it alone. Being that helping hand, whether you’re trying to grow physically, mentally, or in your sport, is what drives me every day.”

Sam’s background includes working with basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball athletes, tailoring training to meet specific demands of each sport. In addition to sports performance, he has led adult strength and conditioning and cardio classes, helping clients of all backgrounds. He takes a personalized approach to every training session and focuses on progression, injury prevention, and long-term development. Sam is committed to creating an environment that’s results-driven, supportive, and most importantly, fun!

In his free time, Sam’s favorite things to do are play basketball and go on walks.
