Strength and Conditioning Youth Sports Performance

With a well structured training program through the Training and Performance Center, young athletes gain an athletic foundation built on injury prevention, speed, strength, mobility, endurance and coordination, all of which positively affect self-esteem and self-confidence.

The Training and Performance Center utilizes Parisi Speed School’s signature training techniques which are backed by more than 25 years of experience working with youth athletes between the ages of 8-18.

CHFC Family Membership Perk

The 9 am Saturday Total Conditioning session in the Training and Performance Center (TPC) is available to your 10- to 14-year-old as part of your Carle Health & Fitness Center family membership. This training session offers a mix of simple strength training movements and speed training with a credentialed coach. We hope your child will take advantage of this coach led youth workout and it contributes to enjoying family time in the center.

If your child is interested in attending the Saturday Total Conditioning sessions, check in at the member service desk and proceed to the 5 yard line on the turf in TPC. Please don’t arrive any earlier than 8:55am as there will not be supervision until the training session begins at 9am. The coach will take roll call and begin promptly at 9am. The session is 60 minutes long. Please have a plan to pick up your child at 10am.
