Strength and Conditioning Small Group Training

Our coach-led, small group training sessions in the Training and Performance Center will keep you motivated, engaged and on track to crush your fitness goals!  With live heart rate monitoring, our coaches are always tracking your intensity levels during workouts so you see results and avoid injury.

Monday – Thursday: 5 am –  10 pm
Friday: 5 am – 9 pm
Saturday: 7 am – 6 pm
Sunday: 8 am – 6 pm

** Easter Sunday, April 9:  8 am to 1 pm **
