Take your first step towards a new and stronger you with Fit for All: Intro to Strength Training.
Fit for All is designed for beginners looking to get into a strength training program. It teaches functional movements that make everyday life easier – while building muscle strength and mass. The program is perfect for individuals who are ready to move away from stationary machines and those who may be intimidated by the free weight experience.
In addition to improving your physical fitness, these exercises will also give you the confidence you need to try out new things like biking or hiking.
Strength training also has the ability to:
- Increase muscle mass
- Increase bone density and reduce the risk of fractures
- Help joints stay flexible (and reduce arthritis symptoms)
- Burn calories – making it easier to control your weight
- Increase your flexibility and balance – reducing falls and injuries

Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:15 am
