See improvement in your swing from just 6 weeks of specific strength training! Each 60-minute small group training session focuses on developing strength and flexibility in key muscle groups to improve your golf game.
In addition, you will have access to both pre- and post-swing analysis with PGA Golf Professional Stacey Miller! Through such analysis, we have found participants in the program gained the following:
- Increased range of motion
- Increased core stability for rotationally efficiency
- Improved swing sequence for more rewarding, consistent golf shots
- Increased ball contact to produce consistent golf shot shape patterns

Wednesdays: 6:30 am – 7:30 am with Jenna
