Adult Fitness CHFC Run Club

Join us in the first ever CHFC Run Club! May 13th – July 4th

This 8-week training program is designed for runners and aspiring runners of all abilities. The program begins on May 13th and culminates with the “Park to Park” 5 Mile Run in Normal on July 4th.

Program includes:

  • 8-week training program
  • Entry to the “Park to Park 5 Mile Race” (with a fun group of CHFC staff/members)*
  • CHFC Run Club t-shirt
  • Group runs with CHFC staff from different departments

  • Week 1 – Saturday, May 18th 7:30am – Tipton Park 
  • Week 2 – Friday, May 24th 6:00am – Tipton Park
  • Week 3 – Saturday, June 1st – 7:30am – Tipton Park
  • Week 4 – Friday, June 7th – 6:00am – Tipton Park 
  • Week 5 – Saturday, June 15th – 7:30am – Tipton Park 
  • Week 6 – Friday, June 21st – 6:00am – Tipton Park 
  • Week 7 – Saturday, June 29th – 7:30am – Tipton Park 
  • Week 8 – Race Week!

*Can’t make the group runs? No problem. Attend as many or as little as you like/are able.
