Join our Nourish & Flourish program!

Nutrition and exercise professionals will explain the ins and outs, the whys and hows of everyday healthy living. If you’re ready to optimize your health and wellbeing, we’re ready to help you make it happen!

The program is led by our Registered Dietitian and certified, credentialed fitness coaches. Open to both members and non-members.

  • 11-week program: October 8th – December 17th*
  • Tuesdays, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Weekly Topics

Week 1 – Essential Nutrients: High-quality nutrient dense whole foods to promote health and well being

Week 2 – Hydration: The importance of hydration and awareness of sugar-sweetened beverages

Week 3 – Fitness 101

Week 4 – Decoding the label: Nutrition labels on food packages – how to use them to make food decisions*

Week 5 – Mindful Eating: Bringing awareness to our body’s hunger and fullness cues*

Week 6 – Goal Setting: SMART Goals

Week 7 – Cooking in the Kitchen: Cooking methods and the best cookware brands to facilitate healthy eating

Week 8 – Recipe Modification: How to reduce the fat or sugar in recipes while keeping all the flavor*

Week 9 – Fitness Routines: How to go about changing your fitness routine

Week 10 – Navigating Social Situations: How to navigate social engagements (birthdays, holidays, etc.) when you’re on a weight loss journey

Week 11: Navigating Menus: Choosing healthy options while dining out

A session for baseline measurements will be scheduled at your convenience with a fitness coach the week before the program starts/during the first week.

*Sessions on weeks 4, 5 and 8 along with the baseline measurements are to be attended in person. Other sessions may be attended in person or virtually.


11-Week Program Cost: $199 for members and non-members
