Join our Nourish & Flourish program, where nutrition and exercise professionals will explain the ins and outs, the whys and hows of everyday healthy living. If you’re ready to optimize your health and wellbeing, we’re ready to help you make it happen!

The program is led by our Registered Dietitian and certified, credentialed fitness coaches. Open to both members and non-members.

Schedule:

  • 11-week program: October 8th – December 17th*
  • Tuesdays, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

*A session for baseline measurements will be scheduled at your convenience with a fitness coach the week before the program starts.
