Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Join our May Couch to 5K program!

The Couch to 5K is a 4-week Cardio and Strength/Mobility program made for runners of all ability levels.

Each week includes 3 Workouts:
• (2) Days of Cardio and
• (1) Day of Strength or Mobility

DATES: May 1-31

COST:
  •  $15 for program to be loaded onto a key / Technogym app
  •  $55 for program and 1-hour Personal Training session

Calling all Pickleball players! Are you ready to elevate your game? Our full-body strength program is designed just for you, building rotational power, strength and core stability to keep you quick on your feet and strong on every swing!

$15 for members, $55 for program and personal training session
