Increase your balance, core strength and joint stability with April’s Key to Wellness: KB Core and Stability program. Using only a kettlebell, this program is designed to strengthen the muscles of the core and improve balance and stability.
Available April 1st-30th, this training program incorporates different movement patterns to engage stability muscles of:
• the upper body
• core and torso
• hips and lower body
This program has two different levels based on your fitness level.
COST:
• $15 for program to be loaded onto a key / Technogym app
• $55 for program and a Personal Training session

The Couch to 5K is a 4-week Cardio and Strength/Mobility program made for runners of all ability levels.
Each week includes 3 Workouts:
• (2) Days of Cardio and
• (1) Day of Strength or Mobility
