Our new Group Coaching Workshops are designed for individuals of any age or ability level to improve technique/form, increase exercise knowledge, and develop new skills. The workshops are 1-hour long and offered 1-2x/month.
Workshops will include:
- Introduction of topic
- Demo of form and variations
- Active Participation
- Suited for all levels
Workshop fee: $15/person (3-8 slots available)
One-on-one with Personal Trainer: $55

Come learn about exercise considerations for people with low back pain.
It is estimated that 84% of adults will have low back pain at some point in their life. It is important to strengthen our bodies to become more resilient to low back pain. In the workshop we will go over exercise selection, exercise technique, exercises to help build core endurance, and stretches for the hip and upper back!
