Total Body Resistance is a dynamic small-group training program that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, enhance balance, increase flexibility, and improve core stability.
Using adjustable wall-anchored straps, each session delivers a full-body workout grounded in functional movements that support everyday living. This training is adaptable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered to ensure safe, effective participation for everyone.
Each 4-week program includes:
