Fall Schedule
• 12-week program runs September 22nd – December 8th, 2025
• Mondays from 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Week 1 – Essential Nutrients: High-quality nutrient dense whole foods to promote health and well being
Week 2 – The importance of hydration and awareness of sugar sweetened beverages
Week 3 – Fitness 101
Week 4 – Nutrients of importance for maximizing bone density
Week 5 – Decoding the label: Nutrition labels on food packages – how to use them to make food decisions
Week 6 – Fitness Goal Setting – SMART Goals
Week 7 – Cooking in the Kitchen: Cooking methods and the best cookware brands to facilitate healthy eating
Week 8 – Recipe Modification: How to reduce fat or sugar in recipes while keeping all the flavor (food samples provided!)
Week 9 – Changing up your fitness routine
Week 10 – Mindful eating: Bringing awareness to your body’s hunger and fulness cues
Week 11 – Exploring Menus: Choosing healthy options while dining out at restaurants
Week 12 – Navigating Social Situations: How to navigate birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings while on a health journey
A session for baseline measurements will be scheduled at your convenience with a fitness coach the week before the program starts/during the first week.
12-Week Program Cost: $219 for members and non-members*
