Do you have any new year’s resolutions in mind to begin in 2021?

If you plan on making any changes to your diet, my biggest piece of advice is to start small. Science tells us that people have the most success with creating long term change when only 1-2 new habits are changed at once. A great habit to start with is adding fruits and vegetables to your daily diet!
