Listen to your Fullness Cues this Thanksgiving

Be mindful of your fullness cues during the holidays. Your body sends you signs cueing you in to when you have eaten enough to fuel your body. Fullness cues feel different for everyone but they can include: feeling bloated or uncomfortable, nausea, belly distention, feeling tired or sleepy, no desire to look at food, or pressure in the stomach. Honor your hunger and eat until you feel satisfied this holiday.
