Staying Hydrated is Important in the Winter too!

Did you know you can become dehydrated in the winter too? Dehydration is when your body does not have enough fluid to function properly. Some people don’t recognize their thirst well in the winter, so it is important to try to remind yourself to drink water throughout the day. Winter is a great time to drink hot teas or ciders to stay hydrated. Fruits and vegetables are another great way to get extra fluid in such as grapes, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
