Most people struggle with having tight hamstrings. A great way to end your workout is by stretching out your hamstrings. Here are 2 easy ways that you can stretch your hamstrings on your own and while at home:
Using a long towel or band, wrap it around the back of your knee. While laying on your back pull your leg up in the air. Using a towel/band allows you to get a little extra stretch.
Using the corner of a wall, put your one leg out straight and run your other leg up the side of the wall. You can scoot closer or farther to the wall depending on if you need more or less of a stretch.
