Give Yourself a Break!
Rest days are important! A lot of people start their year with a goal of working out every day, but our body also needs rest! Remember to take at least one rest day throughout the week. Your body needs the rest to recover and to be able to regenerate to build up more muscles! Listen to your body and give it the necessary time to recover! But also know that a rest day is not a rest week/month/year… Don’t let your brain decide that your body needs to be lazy!
