Justus Kree, Winner – Program Delivery
Justus has had many roles at CHFC but has settled nicely into the Sports Performance Coach role. Justice was introduced to our center in 2017 as an athlete playing hockey for ISU. He went to the Marines for 4 years and shortly after returning to Bloomington he came to the center and wanted to work for TPC, and we are grateful for that!
Justus is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at ISU and is a certified personal trainer through ACE. Being a hockey player, it was natural that we asked him to head up the programming for our hockey teams. He has exceeded our expectations with his passion, organizational skills, and focus. He currently oversees 7 Bloomington Youth Hockey and 3 ISU hockey teams totaling approximately 180 athletes. Justus does all the programming for the groups which are ages 10 to 22 years old, including pre-, mid- and post-evaluations as well as analysis of the data. This year he jumped at the chance to pilot a training app and rolled it out with the older athletes.
He is always ready for the next challenge or assignment and proceeds with thoughtful confidence. It is well known with leadership that when Justice is asked to accomplish a task, it will be done on time, with attention to detail, and professionally.

Alaina does a little bit of everything to support so many members at CHFC. Alaina is a certified personal trainer through ACSM and connects with the new members through our Fitness onboarding process.
Alaina has grown during her time and works with special populations including being a Rock Steady Boxing Coach and leading our move MS program. The Move MS program has introduced her to a leadership opportunity where her planning skills SHINE! Although she had little experience, she stepped in to help teach Group Fitness and has become a favorite of members.
Alaina’s sweet, even-tempered personality connects with members, and is regularly mentioned on our member satisfaction surveys. Alaina is well-aligned with our Center goals. She understands the importance of individualized attention for each member and always makes her available to assist when needed. In February 2024, Alaina was named Special Programs Manager.
