Total Body Tabata
Total Body Tabata will work us from our fingertips to our toes. Tabatas are intense intervals where we exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds for 8 sets using weights and body weight moves. Each class is designed to do 8 tabatas focusing on cardio, lower strength, upper strength and core set to upbeat pop hits. The intensity is guided by you with options provided for every exercise.
